Splush For Splush, I worked on a campaign centered around their brief to enhance customer satisfaction, build lasting relationships, and achieve key goals, including increasing salon visits, improving customer retention, and balancing revenue between retail and services within a year. Big Idea: “Each Strand Tells A Story” This concept celebrates individuality and self-expression through hair, making every customer feel valued and connected to their unique hair journey. Work Done: 1. Loyalty Program I developed a comprehensive loyalty program designed to reward regular customers and encourage repeat visits. By offering tailored benefits and exclusive perks, the program helps build deeper customer relationships and fosters brand loyalty. 2. Instagram Filters I created engaging Instagram filters that resonate with Splush’s audience. These filters not only enhance customer interaction with the brand but also serve as a creative way to amplify Splush’s reach on social media, aligning with the "Each Strand Tells A Story" concept. This approach ensures that every customer feels part of the Splush story, driving satisfaction, and loyalty while strategically aligning with the brand's objectives.

Bring them Home

For this project, I collaborated with a carpentry business to design an impactful advertisement that conveys solidarity and raises awareness for the hostages taken from Israel. The design prominently features the awareness yellow ribbon, a universal symbol of hope and support. Integrating the ribbon into the carpentry brand's visual identity, the advertisement combines strong messaging with subtle craftsmanship-inspired elements, ensuring it resonates emotionally while aligning with the business's ethos. The final piece is both poignant and respectful, capturing the gravity of the cause while highlighting the community's commitment to standing together in difficult times.
